"Seek. Professional. Help." - A Colleague at the Time
This was actually my boss's suggestion: I've been
growing Peace Lilies at work, and at the beginning of 2005, one of them
started to flower. I wanted to take photos of the flowers, and my boss
suggested keeping track of them as they developed. This idea made even
more sense when I discovered that the other two were developing flowers
as well!

Yet again, the level of detail in these shots has
amazed me. I've even printed them out on a colour laser printer and,
OK, 72dpi doesn't get you very far in print, but they all look great at
arm's length. The blurring in some of the pictures is caused by my arm
moving as I press the shutter button, but even with that slight judder,
the pictures look great. If only I could get more consistant
lighting... Preferably of the natural variety, rather than electrical.
