Random Photography

After reading technology mag T3's reviews of the Casio WQV-1 and WQV-10, I felt they'd been rather harsh and that they'd missed the point of the WatchCam. Maybe I'm wrong, and I've missed the point... But anyway, some of their criticisms were just plain wrong. Bearing in mind that the WQV-1 produces images at 120x120 pixels, using a whole 16 shades of grey, I think you'll agree that the results below are pretty darned good.

The WQV-10 isn't quite full colour, but at 170x144, no-one's going to know the difference. T3 again complained about image quality and claimed it was impossible to accurately 'frame' a picture while the watch is mounted on one's wrist (the whole point of a WatchCam, obviously). All things considered, I think I've managed to frame all these pictures quite well, and I don't even consider myself to be a photographer. Not only that, but I'm only just getting used to the colour WatchCam, and its controls. The first of the colour photos below is only blurry because I was still moving when I took it.
